How fast Allah can destroy a powerful nation when they turn against His commands.
Imam Ahmad said: al-Waleed ibn Muslim related to us; that Safwaan ibn 'Amr related to us; that 'Abdur-Rahmaan ibn Jubayr ibn Nufayr related; from his father, who said:
"When Cyprus was conquered and its people were dispersed and they started weeping to each other, I saw Abud-Dardaa sitting alone and weeping. So I said to him: O Abud-Dardaa! What makes you weep on this day that Allaah has granted strength and honor to Islaam and its people? So he said: Woe be to you O Jubayr! How insignificant the creation becomes to Allaah when they turn away from His command. In front of us is a nation who were evidently powerful and who had dominion, yet they abandoned Allaah's command, so look what has become of them."

Die Zustände in Syrien sind vielerorts apokalyptisch. Die UN sprechen von der größten humanitären Katastrophe dieses Jahrtausends, von der „Zerstörung eines Landes und seines Volkes". Die Syrer fühlen sich im Stich gelassen und von der Welt vergessen – dabei können wir ihnen sehr wohl helfen!
Diese deutsch-syrischen Hilfsvereine leisten direkte, unbürokratische und engagierte Hilfe – sie verdienen jede Unterstützung.

Allâhu Ta^âlâ sagt in den Âyât 18 und 19 der Sûrah al-Haschr:
(يَا أَيُّها الذينَ ءَامَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللهَ وَلْتَنْظُرْ نَفْسٌ ما قَدَّمَتْ لِغَدٍ وَاتَّقُوا اللهَ إِنَّ اللهَ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا تَعْمَلونَ ولا تَكُونُوا كالَّذِينَ نَسُوا اللهَ فأَنْسَاهُمْ أنفُسَهُمْ أُولَئِكَ هم الفَاسِقُون )
Die Bedeutung lautet: O ihr Gläubigen, seid Gottesfürchtig, indem ihr die Pflichten, die Gott euch auferlegte, nicht unterlasst; und der Diener Gottes soll überlegen, was er für den Tag des Jüngsten Gerichts vorbereitet hat. Seid Gottesfürchtig, indem ihr die Sünden unterlasst, gewiss ist Allâh wissend über eure Taten. Seid nicht wie diejenigen, die das unterließen, was Allâh ihnen befahl und deswegen keine Gnade und keinen Erfolg von Allâh beschert bekamen. Jene sind die Großsündigen, die den Gehorsam zu Allâh unterließen.
