The news has started to come in from various sources that brother Babar Ahmad has pleaded guilty to 2 counts of terrorism.
There are two groups of people who are questioning how and why this has happened. The first group have stated how the US legal system forced him to plead guilty by using unlawful abuse against him and the second group have stated that this may not be the full picture because he only pleaded guilty to two out of four charges, the other two being conspiracy to injure the property of a foreign government and money laundering.
I feel we will never know the truth as it will be locked away and hidden by the American government. In this circumstance, we pray that Allah Azzawajal eases the suffering of our brother and his family at this difficult time.
Now there are some people who are questioning why we placed so much effort in getting people to sign all those petitions. This is a statement that will be uttered by weak Muslims, who do not understand what a Muslim means to another Muslim. If people were truly sincere in helping him they would realise that our efforts were not in vain as we helped him to gain the pleasure of Allah Azzawajal.
The truth is our petitions may not have meant anything to the kuffar. However, it showed how much love we have for a fellow Muslim who has been oppressed for more than 8 years. What we did for Babar Ahmed not only helped him psychologically, because it showed him how many Muslims cared out his plight, but it should have made us realise what we can do together as Muslims if we work together.

Varrezat dhe Shëngjergji
"E mallkoftë Allahu atë që ther kurban për dikë tjetër, pos për Allahun." (Muhamedi alejhi selam)
Bota është stërmbushur me besime dhe ideologji të ndryshme.
Fe të shumta kanë zënë vend në jetën njerëzore dhe si pasojë e
gjithë kësaj ekzistojnë përçarje dhe largësi në mes popujve dhe
shoqërive të ndryshme, e pranuam këtë apo jo, realiteti qëndron kështu.
Secili njeri ka fenë dhe besimin e tij, gjë që e dallon atë prej tjetrit. Njeriu beson në shumë krijesa që i krijoi Allahu i Madhërishëm, përderisa atë
e merr për hyjni dhe zot të vetin.
A thua, kjo që po ndodh, a mund të jetë në rregull? A thua, e krijuara bëhet
zot ndonjëherë, apo ne po dëshirojmë të jetë kështu, pa u lodhur që ta
njohim dhe ta kërkojmë të vërtetën e ndritur?
A bëhet zot ajo që vet Zoti i Vërtetë e ka krijuar, derisa e mban, e furnizon, dhe në fund e bën të vdesë dhe e shkatërron? A mund të quhen zota këta apo jo?
Njeriu beson në njerëz të mirë, evlija dhe në varret e tyre.
Secili krenohet dhe pretendon se besimi i tij është në rregull. Diçka e ngjashme
po ndodh edhe në vendin tonë. Shumë njerëz sot i sheh të lidhur shumë ngushtë
pas varreve dhe tyrbeve.
Sot, shoqërinë tonë kosovare e kanë përfshirë probleme të shumta.
Populli ynë shqiptar po përballet me sfida të ndryshme në Kosovën e pasluftës,
andaj shoqëria jonë nuk ngurron aspak që të shkojë e të kërkojë ndihmë prej
varreve, verbërisht pa fijen e dijes. Injoranca e tyre bën që t'u përulen
varrezave dhe të kërkojnë ndihmë prej tyre. Njerëzit me nevoja të ndryshme
pos që përulen para këtyre varreve, ata drejtohen edhe në adresë të të
ashtuquajturve 'sheh' me shpresë se mos ai ose ato varre u vijnë në ndihmë
atyre.
Me qindra para dërgohen nëpër ato vende, ndërsa të zotët e tyre i marrin dhe
i shfrytëzojnë për qëllime personale natyrisht, kurse sa e sa familje në vendin
tonë vuajnë nga skamja, ndërsa këtyre pak ose askush nuk u del në ndihmë.
Përkundër kësaj, pra, varret në të njëjtën kohë mbushen përplot para, drithë e
pasuri të tjera, mjafton që janë të strehuar nën kulmin e një çatie.
Nuk mund të mos habitet mendja e shëndoshë se si njeriu është në gjendje të
shtrihet në mesin e të vdekurve, dy kabureve të ngritura.
Sa pjesëtarë të familjeve të të zhdukurve kanë vendosur fotografitë e të
dashurve të tyre të humbur në ato vende, ndërsa fatkeqësisht e pamë edhe
fundin e tyre vet.
Në fillim të muajit maj gjenden disa ditë ku me qindra ose edhe me mijëra
njerëz nuk është e mundur që në njërën prej këtyre ditëve ta lënë pa i
vizituar tyrbet, vizita këto që bëhen për nder të këtyre varreve.
Këto ditë i quajnë Shëngjergj, dhe në këto ditë vizitohen më shumë se katër
ose pesë tyrbe. Me qindra arrin numri i kafshëve që theren në emrin e tyre,
diçka që duhet të bëhet vetëm në emrin e Allahut. Përpos kësaj, brenda
tyrbeve bëhen rrotullime përreth varreve, merren penjtë si diçka e mirë për
mbrojtje, pihet uji aty etj.
Fatkeqësisht, një numër i madh i njerëzve në vendin tonë po e praktikon këtë
gjë. Allahu na ruajttë!
Unë do ta përfundoja këtë temë me një ajet të shkurtër të Kur'anit dhe një
hadith të Muhamedit, lavdërimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin mbi të, pa e zgjatur
me këshilla:
"Ti nuk mund të bësh që të dëgjojnë të vdekurit..." (Nemël, 80).
"E mallkoftë Allahu atë që ther kurban për dikë tjetër, pos për Allahun".

Shaikh Waleed Assenani was arrested and put behind bars by the Al Saud regime, for his religious & political opinions.
He was and is known to have been an active vocal supporter of the Mujahideen around the globe.
To-date he is held in prison without charge or trial. It has been 20 years since his arrest.
Many unfortunetly amongst us still fool themselves into believing that Al Saud regime is pro-Islaam. Nay, they are against Islaam.
According to estimates around 30'000 people are being kept in prisons throughout Saudi Arabia without charge or trial.
May Allah SWT hasten his release.
