Dawah Mission Overview
A one day dawah mission is a great way to create a buzz for the dawah within a community. The one day mission consists of a short dawah workshop within the morning and then going out to the streets to do dawah. The team will then come back to the mosque and have a debrief on what conversations they had and what they learnt from their conversations.
Overview of the Event

The aim of the Da'wah mission is to achieve the following:
- Empower members of your local community to make Da'wah a key part of their life.
- Motivate your community to develop an active Da'wah team that will be delivering the message of Islam to the non Muslim community on a regular basis.
- To give you the knowledge on how to affectively present the message of Islam and how to develop new Muslims into strong practicing Muslims. (A.S)

Der hierzulande hochgelobte und nunmehr auch preisgekrönte FC-Basel Spieler Muhammad lebt als Ägypter zwischen zwei Welten, die hinsichtlich ihrer Werte und Umgangsformen andere Akzente setzen. Als sich Salah bei einer Preisverleihung kürzlich von einer blonden Podest-Dame mit drei Küsschen die Wangen ehren liess, dachte sich in der Schweiz wohl keiner etwas dabei. Wie sehr Salah jedoch an religiösen, kulturellen und gesellschaftlichen Grenzen ritzte, zeigte sich bald in seiner Heimat, wo er seine Karriere begann und deshalb auch kein Unbekannter ist: Das sonst jubelnde Publikum beschimpft ihn nunmehr online als sittenloser "mufsid".
Ganz wohl ist ihm offenbar bei dem Sturm der Entrüstung an der Heimatfront nicht mehr. So versucht er sich nun in Interviews zu rechtfertigen, schiebt die Verantwortung auf die Podest-Dame, die sich einfach erdreistet habe, ihn ungefragt zu küssen. Dabei gesteht aber er ein, dass ihm der Spagat zwischen den westlichen - und den islamischen Werten zuweilen auch schwer fällt. So habe er etwa Mühe damit, dass man ihn in der Schweiz bei jedem Auftritt beklatsche, wie die pro-Militärregime Zeitung al-Misry al-Youm gestern schrieb.
Salah scheint kein Mann von Prinzipien zu sein. Anstatt sich klar zu einem Wertekatalog - sei der nun westlich-modern oder islamisch - zu bekennen, versucht er all seinen Fans zu gefallen -in Zeiten zunehmender Wertedebatten ein schwieriges Unterfangen, das an scheinbar so trivialen Handlungen wie Küsschen kläglich scheitern kann.

Wisse, o Sohn Adams, dass das Geld an sich nicht schlecht ist, sondern nur dann zu einem Übel wird, wenn der Mensch falsch damit umgeht. Die früheren Rechtschaffenen sahen den Wohlstand als Hilfe für die Ausübung der Religion. O Sohn Adams, auch wenn es Perlen hätte geregnet und die Brunnen voll mit Gold gefüllt wären, waren sich die früheren Rechtschaffenen bewusst, dass all dies vergänglich und trügerisch ist. O Sohn Adams, die Armut ist die wehende Fahne der Tugendhaften. Die höchste Stufe der Freigiebigkeit ist, dass man seine Geschwister im İslam sich selbst vorzieht.

„Dschibrīl (Erzengel Gabriel) verabredete sich mit dem Propheten, sallallāhu ʿalayhi wa sallam, erschien jedoch nicht zu der Zeit, zu der er erwartet wurde. Diese Situation fiel dem Propheten, sallallāhu ʿalayhi wa sallam, sehr schwer und ließ ihn aus seiner Wohnung hinausgehen. Draußen sah er Dschibrīl und klagte ihm, was er Schweres empfunden hatte. Da sagte Dschibrīl zu ihm: „Wir (Engel) betreten keine Wohnung, in der sich ein Bild* oder ein Hund befindet."
