Shia muhadith al-Kulayni narrated in his "al-Kafi" (6/245-246/#10), Hurr al-Amili in "Wasailu shia" ( 25/9/#30997) that Abu Jafar (alaihi salam) said:

وَ إِنَّمَا الْحَرَامُ مَا حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فِي الْقُرْآنِ .
.
The haram is only what Allah Azwajal has forbidden in the Quran
Muhammad al-Majlisi said hadith is hasan, and Bahbude said it's saheeh.
So we have a question for shias. Is it permitted to them to eat meat of the dogs or cats?

Shpërblimi varet prej punës. Allahu i trajton robërit e Tij ashtu siç sillen ata me njerëzit. Sillu ndaj robërve të Allahut ashtu siç dëshiron të të trajtoj Allahu ty. Allahu i Lartësuar thotë: "…e nëse nuk merrni masa, nuk ua vini veshin dhe i falni, ta dini se edhe Allahu është Mëkatfalës, Mëshirues" (Et-Tegabun: 14) dhe thotë: "… le t'ua falin (gabimin) dhe mos t'ua zënë për të madhe. A nuk dëshironi që Allahu t'u falë ju? Allahu falë dhe mëshiron shumë." (En-Nur: 22)

`Abdullah Ibn Mas`ud, Allahs Wohlgefallen auf ihm: Der Gesandte Allahs, Allahs Segen und Heil auf ihm, sagte: Das Blut eines Muslims, der bezeugt hat, dass es nichts anbetungswürdigeres gibt außer Allah, und dass ich der Gesandte Allahs bin, darf nicht vergossen werden, außer in einem von drei Fällen: Im Fall der Unzucht durch einen, der geheiratet hat, im Fall der Widervergeltung für Mord und wenn derjenige von seinem Glauben abfällt und seine Bindung zur Gemeinschaft (der Muslime) löst.

وَلَا تَسُبُّوا الَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ فَيَسُبُّوا اللَّهَ عَدْوًا بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ ۗ كَذَٰلِكَ زَيَّنَّا لِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ عَمَلَهُمْ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ مَرْجِعُهُمْ فَيُنَبِّئُهُمْ بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
Wala tasubboo allatheena yadAAoona min dooni Allahi fayasubboo Allaha AAadwan bighayri AAilmin kathalika zayyanna likulli ommatin AAamalahum thumma ila rabbihim marjiAAuhum fayunabbiohum bima kanoo yaAAmaloona
Und schmäht nicht diejenigen, die sie außer Allah anrufen, damit sie nicht in Übertretung ohne Wissen Allah schmähen! So haben Wir jeder Gemeinschaft ihr Tun ausgeschmückt erscheinen lassen. Hierauf wird ihre Rückkehr zu ihrem Herrn sein, und Er wird ihnen kundtun, was sie zu tun pflegten.

Im syrischen Bürgerkrieg sind in den vergangenen 30 Monaten weit mehr als 11.000 Kinder und Jugendliche Opfer von Bomben, Granaten und Gewehrsalven geworden. Das geht aus einem Bericht hervor, den das politische Forschungsinstitut Oxford Research Group vorlegte. Fast drei Viertel der Todesfälle bei Kindern seien durch Sprengkörper ausgelöst worden, etwas mehr als ein Viertel durch Gewehrkugeln. Teilweise seien Kinder und Jugendliche in den Kugelhagel rivalisierender Gruppen geraten, 764 seien aber auch gezielt zum Teil von Scharfschützen exekutiert worden. Dies gelte vor allem für Jungen in der Altersgruppe zwischen 13 und 17 Jahren. 112 Kinder, darunter einige Kleinkinder, seien gefoltert worden.
